Winemaking seminar Castell'Alfero
Winemaking seminar held in Castell'Alfero in June '08, with main objective the production of premium quality wines, analysing different aspects: the use of wood in both fermentation and then ageing, a study in cooperation with Turin University on a different system of bending the staves and a comparison between a fire and a water bent barrel.
